Shipping and Returns
We do our best to ship orders out within 24-48 hours. However, there are exceptions: If you place an order on a Friday after 10:00 am eastern time your order may not be shipped until Monday. Same exceptions apply during holidays. Our studios are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
We make every effort to ship your packages on time, however, we live on an island. Shipping times may be extended due to delays with shipping carriers or inclement weather. Please use your discretion when choosing expedited or overnight shipping options as they may not be guaranteed. We are not responsible for expedited orders that do not make it to their destination on time.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking. You will have the option to choose your carrier at checkout and rates will apply accordingly. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
**We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit.
**At this time we do not ship internationally...only within the USA. Please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your shipping options.
Returns and Exchanges

**Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on any returned SALE merchandise. This fee will be deducted from your return amount.**
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your items for a prompt refund within 30 days. Returns must be unworn in perfect condition with original tags and packaging. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. We have every right to refuse returns that do not comply with this return policy. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Return shipping will not be refunded.

If you have a well loved piece of Skar jewelry and you'd like to send it in for polishing, restringing or repair send us an email and we'll give you instructions on sending it back to the studio. Repairs will be received at the discretion of the artist and charges may be applied at a minimum of $25.
If a rare occurrence deems repairs necessary within one year of the purchase date, we will repair your jewelry free of charge. Original sales receipt is required for free repair.
